Scholarship for Sport by the Turkish Education Association <\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

The Turkish Education Association (TED) extends the Scholarship for Sport to students aiming to balance their academic pursuits with athletic endeavors. This initiative aims to empower student athletes with limited financial means to excel both in their education and sports activities. Under the umbrella of TED Ankara College Sports Club, successful student athletes receive support for their educational journey while continuing their sports pursuits.

\nWho Can Apply for Turkish Education Association Scholarship for Sport?
<\/b>To qualify for the TED Scholarship for Sport, applicants must meet the following criteria:\n
\n- Enrollment in a public school
\n- Family income below the threshold set by TED annually
\n- Commitment to continue their sports journey at TED Ankara College Sports Club upon receiving the scholarship
\n- Participation in lessons, social activities, and other organized events facilitated by the Turkish Education Association

\nFor Which Branches Can You Apply for the Turkish Education Association Scholarship for Sport?<\/b>

\nTED Ankara College Sports Club operates in eight main sports branches for which the Scholarship for Sport is available:

\n- Basketball (boys and girls)
\n- Volleyball (boys and girls)
\n- Handball (boys)
\n- Football (boys)
\n- Modern Pentathlon (boys and girls)
\n- Archery (boys and girls)
\n- Athletics (boys and girls)
\n- Table Tennis (boys and girls).

\nWhat are the application conditions for the Scholarship for Sport?<\/b>
\nThe application conditions for the Scholarship for Sport are determined annually by TED, TED Ankara College Sports Club, and other sports clubs affiliated with TED.
\nCandidates applying to TED to benefit from the Scholarship for Sport must:
\n
\n- be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
\n- be enrolled in the 2nd, 8th, or 12th grade levels.
\n- be attending an official school affiliated with the Ministry of National Education within the metropolitan borders of Ankara Province.
\n- require financial support due to economic conditions.
\n- participate in sports offered by the branches in which TED Sports Clubs operate.
\n- provide a medical report confirming no health reasons preventing participation in sports.
\n- meet the requirements to continue sports activities in TED Ankara College Sports Club (or the sports club directed by TED Ankara College Sports Club) and\/or other sports clubs affiliated with TED.\"

\nHow to apply for the Scholarship for Sport?<\/b>
\nCandidates interested in the Scholarship for Sport should monitor the application announcements on the TED website. Upon meeting the specified criteria, candidates undergo a field evaluation followed by a face-to-face interview. Applications can be submitted via email or phone.
