In the Rise for the World Competition, which received approximately 430,000 applications from 170 different countries, Alperen Konukbay, a 12th-grade student at TED Ankara College, earned a place in the "Top 100 Most Influential Young People in the World" list with an application he developed for the hearing impaired. Additionally, this achievement also earned Alperen an invitation to a special summit to be held at Oxford University in the summer of 2024.<\/div>\r\n

The final of the Children and Youth Creativity Music Competition, traditionally organized by the Toronto Academy of Contemporary Arts in Canada and hosted by a cultural center from a different country at each competition, was held in the city of Paris in May. In the competition, hosted in Paris and featuring 256 participants from countries such as the UK, Canada, USA, Ukraine, and Georgia, Defne Ekmek\u00e7i, a student from TED \u015eanl\u0131urfa College, took first place.<\/div>\r\n

At the Multinations Youth Swimming Championship held in Kyiv, Ukraine, our high school student and Sports Club athlete from TED Mersin College, Atakan MALG\u0130L, became the European Youth Champion in the 200m individual medley, 400m individual medley, and the 4x200m freestyle relay. Additionally, he won bronze medals in the 4x100m freestyle and 4x100m medley relay races.<\/div>\r\n
